Dreaming of a Pretty Table
Here we are its Easter and Passover and regrettably can’t spend it with family and friends this year. What are we going to do? You’re going to decorate the dinner table anyway! You’re going to set the table using your best table cloth or runner, add flowers in decorative containers, candles and add some greenery from outside along with your favorite decorations for this time of year. If you’re still not really feeling it, take your favorite photos of family and friends make paper cutouts then tape them to the chairs as if they are actually sitting there. Dreaming of a New Paint Color
“Honey, I want to paint the dining room, what color would you like?” The reply typically is “I don’t know… what about blue? Yah blue sounds good and you’re off to the paint store only to stand before a substantial amount of blue colored chips to choose from! Oh boy, you grab a couple of your favorite blue colors and bring them home. With anticipation you tape the swatches to the wall, step back and realize “what was I thinking!” Then your other half comes in and says “I thought we were going to paint the room blue?” It’s at that moment you realize “their vision of blue” is totally different from “your vision of blue” and to add to the conundrum is that you have no idea what color blue would look best!
