Warm, talented and down to business are just a few words students use to describe Sandra. Offering training in Park City, UT, Tampa, FL and other areas by request, Sandra also organizes the annual event-“The Deco-Zone ” held at Atlanta’s AmericasMart for the established and aspiring decorator. This event offers 2 days of education plus the chance to explore and shop AmericasMart, a wealth of all that is new and exciting in the home decor industry. Sandra is a frequent industry speaker and the design liaison for Show Homes of America.
As the owner of Signature Redesign, she welcomes the opportunity to help homeowners and businesses create beautiful spaces. Whether decorating with new furnishings or redesigning with existing, Signature Redesign respects your lifestyle and budget. Sandra is a frequent presenter at national conferences, featured in local newspapers and is a national award winner. She offers decorating workshops for fun and education while supporting local charities such as Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Autism Speaks, The Peace House and People’s Health Clinic to name a few.

Carol has been an entrepreneur since 1982 her students are drawn to the fact she understands the challenges of being self-employed. She approaches the learning process with warmth, humor, and sensitivity, offering training in Nashville, TN, Cherry Hill, NJ, and Richmond, VA and other areas by request. She is host and creator of Nashville’s popular DIY seminars, “Addicted to Decorating.” Carol is a creator of The DSA’s A.C.T.I.O.N. Scoring System used by hundreds of staging professionals across the country. She is a frequent industry speaker and the emcee for The Deco-Zone at Atlanta’s AmericasMart.
As the owner of The Practical Decorator, Carol spends most of her energy teaching and training talented individuals in creating a business in the decorating industry. She still however, loves the creative process and continues to accept clients.

JoAnne began her residential design and staging business in the 70’s which led to the founding of The Decorating and Staging Academy. (originally One Day Decorating) She was offering clients One Day Decorating, Redesign, and Staging before the terms were even coined. JoAnne has always operated under the premise a practical approach blended with creativity is critical in creating beautiful rooms and successful businesses. She offers training in PA, NC, MD, NJ, OH, NY, UT, TX as well as online.
Appearances on HGTV, ABC-WJET-TV, Good Morning Atlanta, and many other regional TV stations, helped foster her speaking expertise. She writes for national and industry magazines, is a frequent industry speaker and author of “The Decorator’s Reference and Resource Guide.” JoAnne is the creator of many of The-DSA systems and tools including the Confident Consultation System, Comfort Zone Budget System, Confident Color System, Decorating in the Zone, and along with Carol Bass, the co-creator of the ACTION Scoring System used by staging professionals around the country. JoAnne recently launched DIY-Decorate Interiors Yourself and The Decorating Coach System for the amateur decorator.

Cheryl believes EVERY room should be a “living” room; authentic spaces where love and life happen with soul & style. From the board room to the family room, as principal owner of Interior Transformations in Atlanta, GA, Cheryl has been creating beautiful spaces for more than 10 years. A native New Yorker and Fortune 500 Corporate Systems Manager turned Interior Decorator; she understands the process of switching gears and changing careers in pursuit of one’s passion and is pleased to inspire others to do likewise. A former Executive Board Member of the Interior Design Society (IDS) and Adjunct Instructor at Georgia Perimeter College, Cheryl continues to participate in the education and advancement of cutting edge trends in the decorating industry as a Master Professional Trainer with the Decorating and Staging Academy. Described as a warm, gentle, engaging and effective instructor, she enjoys sharing her design knowledge and expertise, teaching students the way to beautiful spaces, throughout the United States and Canada.
