Sandra Racz – Executive Director
Sandra owns Signature Redesign, LLC in Park City, Utah. She offers certification classes in One-Day Decorating & Redesign, Home Staging, Staging Intensive, Seasonal Decorating, and Staging for Realtors.
You can find her classes in both Utah and Florida.
People often describe Sandra as warm, talented, and down-to-business. Sandra is also in charge of organizing The-DSA’s annual Deco-Zone event held at Atlanta’s AmericasMart, which offers two days of education plus the chance to explore and shop AmericasMart.
Sandra loves the opportunity to help homeowners and businesses create beautiful spaces. She is a frequent presenter as national conferences, often featured in local newspapers, and is a national award winner. She offers decorating workshops for fun and education while supporting local charities including Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Autism Speaks, The Peace House, and the People’s Health Clinic.

Carol Bass – The Practical Decorator
Located in both Tennessee and New Jersey, The-DSA’s Carol Bass is the owner of The Practical Decorator and offers certification classes in One-Day Decorating and Home Staging and Seasonal Decorating.
Carol has owned her own business since 1982. Her students appreciate that she understands the challenges of being self-employed. Carol approaches learning with warmth, humor, and sensitivity.
Carol is the host and creative of Nashville’s popular DIY seminars, Addicted to Decorating, and is the creator of The-DSA’s A.C.T.I.O.N. Scoring System used by hundreds of staging professionals across the country.

Cheryl Cousins – Interior Transformations
Cheryl, who is located in Georgia, is the owner of Interior Transformations. She offers certification classes in One-Day Decorating, Redesign, and Home Staging.
Cheryl is a firm believe that every room should be a “living” room and strives to create authentic spaces where love and life happen with soul and style. Cheryl has been creating beautiful spaces for more than 10 years. Cheryl knows what it means to start a second career and find your passion in something you truly love.

Kristine Porter – Styling & Staging
Based in Illinois and Texas, Kristine Porter of Styling & Staging offers classes in One-Day Decorating/Redesign and Home Staging, Staging Intensive, Business & Marketing Intensive, Refresh & Renew Retreat.
Kristine has reinvented herself several times. She’s appeared on several HGTV decorating shows, Chicago’s local television, and several episodes of The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Kristine grew up in a large family and learned to redesign items to serve different purposes. Kristine has trained hundreds of students to have their own home styling and staging businesses.

Diane Agricola – Agricola Redesign
Diane started her career in redesign and home staging at the age of 38, proving you can start a second career and balance a family at any age. Diane owns Agricola Redesign as well as a retail store called A Village Gift Shop in Cincinnati’s historic Glendale neighborhood.
Diane knows what it takes to start a business: education, hard work, and passion. She teaches One-Day decorating, Interior Redesign, and Home Staging classes, as well as DIY workshops.

Sandra Wick – Wick Design Works
Sandra Wick opened her design business, Wick Design Works, in 2010 and has quickly become one of the most successful stagers in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has helped homeowners and real estate brokers sell over 400 homes.
Sandra offers classes in Interior Redesign, One-Day Decorating, and Home Staging. She was awarded National “Best in Design” in 2012 and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Sylvia Dunn of Washington offers classes in One-Day Decorating, Interior Redesign, and Home Staging. She’s owned and operated a successful home staging business since 2008 in Washington’s Spokane area.
Sylvia holds a degree in Business and holds credentials as an International Staging and Redesign professional. She has many years experience in the real estate industry with experience in buying and selling homes, commercial property and management, and is actively involved in the design and staging industry.
